I am very proud to be the Executive Headteacher of Canon Sharples Church of England Primary School and Nursery. Our school offers an exciting, enticing and exhilarating environment in which all children can thrive and achieve their potential. Our school Christian Values of Friendship, Fellowship, Respect, Love, Peace and Trust permeate everything that we do. We are very much a family who work together in partnership with the children, parents and the local community.

I am proud to lead Canon Sharples, alongside the senior leadership team, working closely with our wonderful staff. Our school vision and values are at heart of everything we do, and enables every child to flourish. Our school offers a strong focus on personal development and enrichment within our outstanding curriculum and is central to our inclusive approach. We are proud of our work with Familes, community and school partnerships and utilise these links to achieve excellent attendance and exemplary behaviour so that our children can learn to Trust God, Love Always and Aim High.
